Are you a data governance professional with strong expertise in data quality, compliance, and enterprise data frameworks? Join our team to drive trusted, secure, and high-quality data practices across critical banking systems and regulatory environments.

🔧 What You’ll Do:
✅ Design and implement enterprise data governance frameworks, policies, and standards aligned with industry best practices (DAMA DMBOK, ISO standards)
✅ Define and drive data ownership, stewardship models, and accountability across business domains
✅ Establish and monitor data quality rules, metrics, and KRIs for critical datasets (customer, transactions, risk, compliance)
✅ Oversee data validation, reconciliation, issue management, and remediation processes
✅ Maintain and promote data lineage, metadata, and business glossary for transparency and audit readiness
✅ Ensure compliance with data protection, AML/CFT, and banking regulations
✅ Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, InfoSec, and Legal teams for regulatory and audit requirements
✅ Coordinate data governance committees and produce dashboards/reports for senior leadership
✅ Support implementation of data governance tools (data catalog, metadata, data quality tools)
✅ Work closely with Data Engineering and IT teams to embed governance in data platforms
✅ Drive data awareness, training, and culture across the organization

🧩 What We’re Looking For:
✔️ 6+ years of experience in Data Governance, Data Management, or Data Quality roles
✔️ Strong knowledge of data governance frameworks (DAMA DMBOK, ISO/IEC 38505)
✔️ Experience in banking/fintech regulatory environments (data privacy, AML, payments)
✔️ Hands-on experience with data quality, metadata, and data lineage tools
✔️ Strong understanding of data architecture, data lifecycle, and controls
✔️ Experience working with cross-functional teams (Risk, Compliance, IT, Business)
✔️ Strong analytical, reporting, and stakeholder management skills
✔️ Excellent communication and governance mindset
✔️ Experience in Middle East banking environments is a plus
