### Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and **Aramco-approved Scaffolder Supervisor Level 1** to oversee all scaffolding activities on site, ensuring safe erection, modification, inspection, and dismantling of scaffolding structures in accordance with Saudi Aramco standards, project specifications, and applicable safety regulations.

### Key Responsibilities

* Supervise and coordinate scaffolding crews during erection, alteration, and dismantling activities.
* Ensure all scaffolding works comply with Saudi Aramco standards, project requirements, and safety procedures.
* Review work permits, risk assessments, and job safety analyses before commencing work.
* Conduct daily inspections of scaffolding structures and maintain inspection records.
* Verify that scaffold tags and access controls are properly implemented and maintained.
* Monitor workforce performance, productivity, and compliance with HSE requirements.
* Coordinate with construction, maintenance, and safety departments regarding scaffolding requirements.
* Identify and report unsafe conditions and implement corrective actions.
* Provide toolbox talks and safety briefings to scaffolders.
* Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and fall protection systems.
* Maintain scaffolding materials inventory and ensure equipment is fit for use.
* Prepare daily progress reports and documentation as required by project management.

### Qualifications & Requirements

* Valid **Saudi Aramco Scaffolding Supervisor Level 1 Approval/Certification**.
* High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.
* Minimum **5–8 years of scaffolding experience**, including at least **3 years in a supervisory role** on industrial or oil & gas projects.
* Strong knowledge of Saudi Aramco Construction Safety Manual (CSM) requirements.
* Familiarity with international scaffolding standards such as OSHA, BS EN, or equivalent.
* Ability to read and interpret scaffold drawings and engineering requirements.
* Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
* Proficient in English; Arabic is an advantage.
