Maintenance Technician – HVAC Duct Fabrication Machinery

Location: Factory located approximately 100 km from Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Requirements:

* Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of HVAC duct fabrication machinery.
* Strong experience with:
* Lock Forming Machines
* Roll Forming Machines
* Plasma Cutting Machines
* Shearing Machines
* Folding/Bending Machines
* Coil Processing Equipment
* Ability to perform preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance.
* Good knowledge of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
* Capable of diagnosing faults and minimizing machine downtime.
* Experience in spare parts identification and maintenance planning.
* Ability to read technical drawings, electrical schematics, and equipment manuals.
* Familiarity with workplace safety standards and maintenance best practices.
* Experience in HVAC duct manufacturing factories will be preferred.
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

* Carry out routine preventive and corrective maintenance of duct fabrication equipment.
* Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical faults.
* Ensure maximum machine uptime and production efficiency.
* Maintain maintenance records and reports.
* Coordinate with production personnel to address equipment issues promptly.
* Monitor machine performance and recommend improvements.
* Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
