Dear Candidate,

We are pleased to announce an opportunity for a Sales Specialist to join our growing team. We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused professional with strong B2B sales experience, solid knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and SAP, and a proven ability to build and maintain successful customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage relationships with existing and prospective business customers.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions that add value to their business.
Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, qualification, proposal preparation, negotiation, and closing.
Maintain accurate customer records, sales activities, and reports using SAP and CRM systems.
Utilize Microsoft Office 365 tools effectively for communication, reporting, presentations, and sales documentation.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and successful project execution.
Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance updates for management.
Build long-term customer partnerships and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Participate in client meetings, presentations, and business development initiatives.
Stay informed about industry trends, products, and market developments.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development.
Strong understanding of customer relationship management principles.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 applications.
Working experience with SAP is required.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and achieve targets in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent English language skills (written and spoken) are required.

Compensation Structure:

This is a commission-based position with no fixed salary.
The Sales Specialist will receive a commission on all successful sales generated and closed.
Commission details and rates will be discussed with selected candidates during the interview process.
