Position Overview
The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and managing plastic cutting machines, ensuring accurate cutting, smooth production flow, high-quality output, and efficient machine performance while maintaining safety and production standards.
Key Responsibilities

🔹 Operate and manage plastic cutting machines according to production requirements
🔹 Set up, adjust, and calibrate machine settings for different materials and job specifications
🔹 Monitor cutting quality and ensure accuracy and consistency throughout production runs
🔹 Read and interpret production orders, technical drawings, and cutting specifications
🔹 Perform machine changeovers and material loading as required
🔹 Conduct routine machine inspections and basic troubleshooting to minimize downtime
🔹 Coordinate with maintenance personnel for repairs and preventive maintenance activities
🔹 Ensure compliance with safety procedures, quality standards, and production targets
🔹 Maintain accurate production records, machine logs, and material usage reports
🔹 Work effectively with the production team to achieve daily and monthly production goals
Requirements

✅ Proven experience as a plastic cutting machine operator or in a similar manufacturing role
✅ Strong knowledge of machine setup, operation, and quality control procedures
✅ Ability to read and understand production specifications and technical documents
✅ Basic mechanical troubleshooting and machine maintenance skills
