We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Engineer to join our Construction & maintenance team in Bahrain. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals who have strong Construction maintenance experience and site operations.

The ideal candidate should be technically strong, capable of handling construction and maintenance activities independently, and able to supervise teams efficiently at project sites.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Handle electrical works for construction projects
* Supervise technicians and maintenance teams at site
* Ensure all work is completed according to high standards and safety procedures
* Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical equipment and systems
* Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities
*Coordinate with technicians and site teams to ensure smooth operations
* Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and project management
* Prepare maintenance reports and technical documentation
* Maintain high safety and quality standards during project execution

What We’re Looking For
* Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized university
*EWA installation license Technician/Engineer is mandatory
* Valid CRPEP Licensed Professional Electrical Engineer
* Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience in Construction industry
* Good knowledge of construction electrical systems and site maintenance
* Strong leadership, communication, and supervisory skills

Preferred Candidates:
* Experience in high raise building construction and maintenance projects
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Team-oriented and problem-solving mindset
