Responsibilities:
- Create and implement a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and expands the company's global reach
- Meet potential clients and develop long-term relationships that meet their needs
- Identifying knowledge gaps within the team and developing plans to fill them
- Ensure company quotas are met by conducting daily check-ins with the sales team to set goals and monitor progress
- Manage month-end and year-end closings
