📝 Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled Spray Lacquer Specialist with strong experience in applying lacquer on metal surfaces, controlling finish quality, and performing accurate color mixing and color matching. The ideal candidate must be able to produce consistent, high‑quality finishes suitable for electroplated products.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:
- Perform professional spray lacquer application using spray guns on metal parts.
- Adjust air pressure, spray angle, movement speed, and distance to achieve a flawless finish.
- Control lacquer viscosity, coating thickness, drying time, and gloss level.
- Mix colors using transparent tints and industrial pigments to achieve required shades.
- Match colors accurately with customer samples and reproduce the same shade consistently.
- Prepare colored lacquer formulas for finishes such as:
- Rose Gold
- Gunmetal
- Bronze
- Champagne Gold
- Antique Brass
- Inspect samples before production and approve final color.
- Identify and correct defects (runs, orange peel, uneven gloss, color variation).
- Maintain proper environmental conditions in the spray room (temperature, humidity, airflow).
- Clean and maintain spray guns, filters, and spray booth equipment.
- Work closely with the electroplating team to ensure high‑quality final finishing.

🎯 Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in spray lacquer application on metal.
- Strong skills in color mixing and color matching.
- Knowledge of lacquer types (2K PU, UV, solvent‑based).
- Ability to read and reproduce color codes accurately.
- Experience with electroplated metals (nickel, chrome, zinc, copper).
- Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under production pressure.
