Building Chemistry Industry (BCI) is a leading manufacturer of construction chemicals and water proofing solutions in Saudi Arabia. We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Technical Manager – Dry Mix Mortars to join our team.

Technical Manager – Dry Mix Mortars

Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
Key Responsibilities
Develop and optimize formulations for dry mix mortar products.
Manage product development, quality control, and technical support activities.
Oversee raw material selection, testing, and product performance evaluation.
Support production teams to ensure consistent product quality.
Provide technical guidance to sales and marketing teams.
Ensure compliance with applicable ASTM, EN, and local standards.
Coordinate laboratory testing and product certification activities.
Troubleshoot production and application-related issues.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in dry mix mortars, tile adhesives, grouts, repair mortars, EIFS products, or related construction chemicals.
Strong knowledge of cement chemistry, additives, polymers, and mineral fillers.
Experience in product formulation, quality assurance, and manufacturing processes.
