- The production manager of a wood and metal furniture factory plays a vital role in assisting the production manager in ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of production processes and achieving production and quality objectives. He manages and supervises all aspects of manufacturing and production processes, including planning, organizing, implementing, monitoring and evaluating.

Part of the tasks:
- Plan and organize production processes to ensure efficiency and requirements are achieved according to the specifications of the production process.
- Manage and direct the production team to ensure effective implementation of the production schedule.
- Ensure quality control and compliance with the required standards and specifications.
- Develop and implement continuous improvement procedures to improve production efficiency and product quality.
- Manage inventory and production planning to ensure the availability of the necessary raw materials and components.
- Deal with the necessary maintenance and repair requirements for production equipment and machinery.
- Work on engineering design programs and write product description cards such as AutoCAD, Photoshop, etc.
- In addition to other future tasks that are requirements or tasks assigned to the production manager.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in managing the production of wooden and metal furniture
• Extensive knowledge of manufacturing processes and production techniques in the wooden and metal furniture industry
• Excellent leadership skills and the ability to direct and motivate to achieve goals
• Ability to deal with other departments to achieve the goals of the factory management
• Experience in engineering design programs, Photoshop, AutoCAD, etc
