We have an urgent requirement for a project manager for our ongoing project Riyas NGL Jubail. who has at least 10 to 15 years of experience in Aramco projects with electrical and HVAC integration.

The candidate should have Saudi Aramco project execution experience, be well versed, and have an understanding of the SAES, SAIC, and SATIP requirements of HVAC installations. at least 2 project executions for Saudi Aramco.

Note:

Candidates who stay near Khobar, Dammam & Jubail are preferred.

The candidate must have experience in the following work scope.

The candidate must work on site.

TECHNICAL OFFICE EXPERIENCE: -

• Design and shop drawing of a lighting system, service sockets, and power distribution outlets.
• Design and shop drawing of power supply of HVAC equipment, pumps, and various mechanical equipment.
• Design of panel schedules, cable sizing, SLD, and V.D.
• Design and shop drawing of low-current system (data and telephone system, fire alarm, audio system, nurse call system, access control system, clock system, CCTV system, MATV system, FOC network)
• Design of load schedule, transformer sizing, generator, and UPS.
• Design and shop drawing of outdoor site utilities network (MV cables network, LV cables network, Exterior lighting network, OSP network)
• Shop drawing of grounding and lightning system.
• Shop drawing of DDC panel and related field devices and BMS cables.
• Good knowledge about instrumentation under the SAES-J Saudi Aramco standard.
• Preparation of technical submittals RTA/MTA, MR, TBE, and NMRs for the above systems and making selections for the various systems according to project specifications and applicable standards.
• Candidate should have Saudi Aramco project execution experience, be well versed, and have an understanding of the SAES, SAIC, and SATIP requirements of HVAC installations. at least 2 project executions for Saudi Aramco.
• Candidate age must be below 50 years. 43-47 will be better.
