Traffic Management Flagman

FLOW Consortium is looking for Traffic Management Flagmen to support maintenance, inspection, and emergency operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement approved Traffic Management Plans (TMPs).
Install and remove traffic control devices including cones, barriers, signs, and warning lights.
Direct and control traffic safely around work zones.
Coordinate vehicle movements for maintenance and heavy equipment operations.
Support emergency lane closures and maintain safe work environments.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Traffic Marshal/Flagman certification preferred.
Basic road safety training.
Good physical fitness and hazard awareness.
Basic English communication skills.
Ability to work shifts, nights, weekends, and outdoor environments.
