We are looking for a skilled and responsible MSV - Mechanic to join our team.

Requirements:

Good knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair
Attention to cleanliness and safety
Punctual, reliable, and well-mannered


ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform on-site preventive maintenance (oil changes, battery replacement, minor servicing).
• Diagnose and fix minor mechanical and electrical issues at customer locations or roadside.
• Respond to breakdown calls and provide emergency roadside assistance.
• Assess whether vehicles can be repaired on-site or require towing to the workshop.
• Maintain and operate the mobile maintenance van, ensuring tools, spare parts, and consumables are available.

• Record all jobs, repairs, and inspections in the system (mobile app / ERP).
• Coordinate with the workshop and fleet team for job updates and escalation.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures during roadside and field operations.
• Provide professional and courteous service when interacting with customers.
• Monitor recurring issues and report to management for preventive action.
• Ensure proper handling and return of replaced parts (if required).


Preferred:

Previous experience as a mechanic
Good knowledge of different vehicle systems
