Job Description:

✅ Lead and manage all Quantity Surveying and commercial activities throughout the project lifecycle.
✅ Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts, variations, claims, and final accounts.
✅ Monitor project costs, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow.
✅ Provide commercial advice and risk management strategies to project stakeholders.
✅ Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company procedures.
✅ Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams.
✅ Prepare and submit accurate commercial reports and cost analyses.

Requirements:

✔ Minimum 15 years of Quantity Surveying experience in major construction projects.
✔ Strong commercial and contract management background.
✔ Experience in large-scale building, infrastructure, or mixed-use developments.
✔ MRICS Certification is highly preferred.
✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
✔ Must hold a valid Freelance Visa / Own Visa.
