Responsibilities
• Prepare authentic Chinese dishes with high quality and consistency.
• Develop and maintain menu standards.
• Ensure food safety, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness.
• Manage food preparation and kitchen operations efficiently.
• Train and supervise kitchen staff when required.
• Monitor inventory and food costs.
Requirements
• Proven experience as a Chinese Chef in a restaurant or hotel.
• Strong knowledge of Chinese cuisine, cooking techniques, and ingredients.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Relevant culinary qualifications are an advantage.
