Branch Accountant - Hiring (3) in Dammam Ind. 1 (AKG)

A leading industrial group holding company in Dammam Industrial No. 1 needs to hire 3 Branch Accountants. The candidate will be handling accounting administration in the branches that involves heavily in credit and collection from the clients.
General:
• Prepare and process payment vouchers of suppliers, petty cash, employees, and admin costs.
• Prepare cheques, online transfers, and sadad/bill payments.
• Perform bank reconciliations.
• Book and post journal vouchers against claims received form admin and resolve technical errors as needed. (Prepare separate payment voucher for every claim)
• Book month-end adjustment journal entries. (Allocation of prepayment and classification of expenses)
• Perform reconciliation and other accounting duties.
• Prepare quarterly financial reports.
• Verify and finalized all the batches at month end.
• Provide requirements for filling VAT and Zakat.
Accounts Receivable:
• Map and finalized sales invoices and resolved the errors with the coordination of the Infor IT consultant.
Audit:
• Participate in the full audit cycle.
• Upload all the requirements on auditor’s portal (Deloitte Connect).
• Provide comprehensive audit requirements and samples, as requested by the auditors and additionally, proactively address emerging issues raised by auditors to facilitate timely resolution.
• Manage the audit requirement documentation and conduct thorough searches for relevant samples within files. Ensure efficient scanning and document control processes to support audit compliance.


Other Duties: Manage documentation (Taking Copies/Scans) of signed cheques and payment vouchers, coordinating with admin for courier dispatches to the head office finance department.
• Oversee the end-to-end activities of Accounts Receivable, including booking of collections and allocations in the branch.
• Reconciling Customer Accounts and keeping updated records.
• Assist with audit-related requirements specific to Accounts Receivable.
Accountant Qualifying Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required.
• 5+ years of senior accounting experience.
• SOCPA certified accountant is necessary.
• Strong financial analysis skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in English. Arabic language knowledge is of advantage.
• Strong organizational and stress management skills, can work under pressure and meet deadlines on time as required.
• Proficient in software’s such as Microsoft Suite, ERP Infor, SAP, and other related accounting software application.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Age not more than 35 years of age.
• Transferable IQAMA and can join immediately.
