1. Degree in Environmental, Chemical, or Process Engineering from a recognized university

The candidate must have a bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Process Engineering from an accredited university.

2. Experience in wastewater treatment plant operations and process optimization

The candidate should have practical experience operating wastewater treatment facilities and improving treatment processes to increase efficiency and performance.

3. Strong knowledge of process monitoring, sampling, process calculations, and performance improvement

Ability to monitor plant processes, collect and analyze water samples, perform engineering calculations, and recommend improvements to plant performance.

4. Experience in identifying and implementing process efficiency improvements

The candidate should be able to find areas where the treatment process can be improved and successfully implement solutions that reduce costs, save energy, or increase treatment effectiveness.

5. Good understanding of HSEQ requirements and reporting procedures

Knowledge of:

H – Health
S – Safety
E – Environment
Q – Quality

The candidate must understand company and regulatory requirements related to HSEQ and be able to prepare required reports.

6. Fluent in English

The candidate must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English well enough to communicate professionally, prepare reports, attend meetings, and follow technical documents and procedures.
