Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated IT Technician to join our team on a service contract basis. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in providing technical support, troubleshooting, and maintaining IT systems and networks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software, including servers, workstations, and peripherals.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to network connectivity, hardware malfunctions, and software applications.
- Provide on-site and remote support to end-users, ensuring timely resolution of IT issues.
- Monitor network performance and security, implementing necessary updates and patches.
- Assist with the planning and execution of IT projects, including system upgrades and migrations.
- Maintain accurate documentation of IT assets, configurations, and service records.
- Collaborate with team members to improve IT processes and enhance user experience.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an IT Technician or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of networking concepts, operating systems, and IT security practices.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting a variety of hardware and software issues.
- Excellent communication skills, with a focus on customer service.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network +, Microsoft) are preferred.
