*Job Vacancy:*
Sales & Operations Executive – Freight Forwarding Sea / Air and Land Transportation

We are looking for an experienced Operations Executive to join our Logistics and Freight Forwarding team.

*Requirements:*

Minimum 3 years of experience in Freight Forwarding B2B Sales & Operations.
Strong knowledge of Sea Freight, Air Freight, and Land Transportation.
Experience in handling import and export shipments.
Familiarity with customs clearance procedures and shipping documentation.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple shipments efficiently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and freight forwarding systems.

*Responsibilities:*

Coordinate daily freight forwarding operations.
Follow up with shipping lines, airlines, transporters, and customs brokers.
Prepare and review shipping documents.
Ensure timely delivery of shipments.
Communicate with customers and provide shipment updates, tracking & daily reports
Resolve operational issues and maintain service quality.
