We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales/ Projects Marketing Representative to join our team. As a Sales/ Projects Marketing Representative, your primary responsibility will be to promote our products and services by visiting various offices and businesses within the designated area. You will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement a strategic sales and marketing plan to achieve company objectives.
2. Conduct in-person visits to offices and businesses to distribute business cards, brochures, and other marketing materials.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, identifying their needs and promoting our products and services accordingly.
4. Generate leads and actively pursue new business opportunities through effective networking and prospecting.
5. Deliver persuasive sales presentations to key decision-makers, highlighting the benefits and value of our offerings.
6. Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify growth opportunities.
8. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop innovative promotional strategies and campaigns.
9. Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and achievements to the management.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain relationships with clients.
3. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to close sales deals successfully.
4. A valid driver's license and a reliable car for regular travel between office locations.
5. Self-motivated and target-driven with a demonstrated ability to work independently and achieve sales goals.
6. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage customer data and track sales activities.
7. Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies to develop effective promotional materials.
8. Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and work schedules.
