WE ARE HIRING – CHILLER Technician Facilities Management


Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia


we are looking for a skilled and experienced CHILLER Technician to join the Facility Management Team. The selected candidate will support the maintenance and efficient operation of HVAC systems across assigned facilities.


Key Responsibilities:

• Installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of HVAC / CHILLER systems

• Handle Chillers, AHUs, FCUs, Split Units, VRV/VRF & Package Units

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities

• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults and implement solutions

• Monitor system performance and maintain operational efficiency

• Maintain maintenance records and technical reports

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures

• Coordinate with technical teams and respond to emergency breakdowns



Requirements:

Diploma in HVAC / Mechanical Engineering (Mandatory)

Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC / CHILLER systems within Facilities Management

Gulf experience preferred

Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical diagrams

Strong technical troubleshooting capability

Good English communication skills

Arabic communication skills preferred
