About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced International Procurement & Logistics Officer to join our growing team. who has completely knowledge about SFDA Portal, SABER, FASAH, PCOC, G-Mark, Shipment Certificates, TUV's Bodies and Customs Documentation. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing international sourcing activities, supplier negotiations, import/export operations, logistics coordination, customs clearance support, and inventory replenishment to ensure uninterrupted business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Source products and materials from international suppliers across USA, Europe, China, Turkey, and GCC countries.
Obtain quotations, negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
Issue Purchase Orders (POs) and monitor order fulfillment from placement to final delivery.
Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs clearance agents for inbound shipments.
Track shipments and ensure timely delivery while minimizing logistics costs.
Review shipping documents including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificates of Origin, and Bills of Lading.
Manage import/export documentation and ensure compliance with local regulations.
Coordinate with warehouses and inventory teams to maintain optimum stock levels.
Monitor supplier performance, lead times, and service quality.
Resolve shipment delays, discrepancies, and supplier-related issues.
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in international procurement and logistics operations.
Strong knowledge of Incoterms, international trade regulations, and customs procedures.
Experience working with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers.
Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
