We Are Hiring – Road Transport Operations Supervisor (Male)

Nationality: Pakistani / Indian / Bangladeshi

We are looking for an experienced Road Transport Operations Supervisor who has strong practical experience in road transportation operations and fleet management.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise daily road transport operations.
• Coordinate with drivers and ensure smooth vehicle movements.
• Monitor transport schedules, routes, and operational activities.
• Handle transportation arrangements and resolve operational issues.
• Ensure timely and efficient transport services.
• Maintain daily transport records, reports, and operational data using Microsoft Excel.
• Coordinate with internal teams and drivers for smooth operations.

Mandatory Experience:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Road Transport Operations / Fleet Operations.
• Candidates must have hands-on experience in road transportation.
• Experience in logistics, warehouse, or other fields only will not be considered.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of road transport operations.
• Good command of Microsoft Excel for reporting and analysis.
• Ability to communicate in Urdu, English, and Arabic.
• Valid Saudi driving license is required.

Qualification:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (Graduation).


Other Requirements:

• Valid transferable Iqama.
• Valid Saudi driving license is mandatory.
• Available to work in transport operations.

Salary:

💰 SAR 3,000 – 3,500
