📌 Qualifications & Requirements:
• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or a related field is an advantage
• Proven experience as a Secretary, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity
• Capable of multitasking and working under pressure
• Knowledge of office management procedures, documentation, and filing systems
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
