Job Description:

1 - Must be an expert in Excel (advanced skills required: VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Google Sheets, and Spreadsheets).
2 - Proficient in preparing quotations, delivery notes, invoices, and data entry.
3 - Strong skills in Word, Google Sheets, and Emailing are essential.
4 - Job responsibilities include sitting at the reception/front desk, answering phone calls, and managing basic office administrative tasks.
5 - Must be available in Dammam and ready for immediate joining.
