Job Overview
To take and process customer orders through the call center, WhatsApp, and online channels for our flower shop.

Duties and Responsibilities
1. Answer inbound calls and follow the correct protocol for customers who want to purchase, speak to branches, or make enquiries
2. Process orders and payments, and liaise with different branches for production and delivery
3. Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve them promptly
4. Follow up on customer enquiries and calls within an acceptable time frame
5. Manage and update the customer database accurately
6. Attend to all customer calls in a professional and polite manner
7. Create order forms in the system and print them. All staff must ensure details are entered properly and completely
8. Determine the correct department/branch to pass the order for production
9. Process online orders received from our website
10. For online orders, follow the same sales procedure: order form, production, invoicing, and delivery
11. Ensure a smooth process from production to delivery, whether through S Events or the branch
12. Ensure all documents are completed correctly for accounting purposes
13. Post the order form in the Delivery WhatsApp group
14. Prepare daily sales reports and submit to the GM, including query summaries
15. Prepare a bi-weekly report for the COO with highlights on top queries and recommendations to improve sales based on customer feedback
16. Convey enquiries related to S Events, including event dates, budgets, etc.
17. Obtain information from queries regarding rentals and relay the messages to the concerned team



Requirements
1. Minimum 1-2 years experience in call center, tele sales, or customer service
2. Excellent English speaking and communication skills - must
3. Pleasant voice, polite manner, and ability to upsell products
4. Can work under pressure during peak seasons like Valentine’s, Mother’s Day
5. Basic computer skills and comfortable with POS/ordering systems
6. Must be ready to join immediately
7. Transferable visa in Bahrain preferred
