- We are currently seeking a talented Pre-sales Engineer to join our team.
- As a Pre-sales Engineer, you will work closely with the sales team to support business development activities by providing technical expertise in audiovisual (AV) systems design and integration.
- Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical expertise and support during the pre-sales process.
- Lead discovery calls with clients to understand their needs and requirements.
- Assist with tender submissions and define the BOQ relevant to the requirements.
- Design and propose solutions that meet customer requirements and align with our company's and product capabilities.
- Prepare and present technical proposals and demonstrations to customers and other stakeholders.
- Work with the product team to ensure proposed solutions are technically feasible and meet customer requirements.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to clients.
- Provide technical support to clients during the installation and post-sales process.
- Provide product training to both End-Users and channel partners.
- Keep up to date with the latest AV technology and trends in the industry.
- Regular customer/partner visits.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experince
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or any suitable specialty
