(1) ERP System Tasks (ERP Responsibilities):
• Supporting the company's customized
ERP system • Correctly
creating item, category, and basic data codes • Understanding system modules (sales, purchases, inventory, production, finance)
• Assisting users in resolving system problems and module-related errors
• Coordinating with the ERP system provider to resolve technical issues and updates
• Testing modifications before applying them to the actual (Live) system.

(2) Information Technology (IT) Responsibilities
• Maintenance and troubleshooting of desktop and laptop computers, printers, and scanners
• Troubleshooting network problems (LAN , WiFi , IP settings , DNS , router scan )
• Surveillance camera system management (DVR/NVR/IP)
• Setting up and maintaining fingerprint attendance
devices • Installing, updating, and maintaining software and hardware
• Setting up new employee devices (backup, cleaning, formatting, system setup)
• Managing IT equipment inventory and ensuring smooth daily workflow.

🎓 Requirements
• BS.c in IT
• 2-4 years of experience in ERP system & IT support.
• Valid & transferable Iqama.
• English language (Writing - Speaking - Reading - Understanding).
