We are hiring an Senior Engineer - Electrical for an reputed construction company in Bahrain


Salary : 800 - 1000 BD


Core duties and responsibilities are :
1. Design & Technical Execution System Design: Develop and review detailed electrical designs, schematics, and layouts (e.g., power distribution, lighting, control systems, and switchgear).Calculations & Modeling: Perform complex load calculations, voltage drop, short circuit, and protection coordination analyses to ensure efficiency and safety.
Code Compliance: Ensure all designs and installations meet local, federal, and industry safety standards.
Specifications: Draft technical specifications for procurement, construction, and vendor contracts.
2. Project & Team Leadership Mentorship: Guide and train junior engineers, providing technical oversight and supporting their career development.
Coordination: Act as the lead electrical liaison, coordinating with architects, clients, project managers, and other engineering disciplines.
Resource & Scope Management: Develop cost estimates, manage project schedules, and ensure deliverables stay within budget.3. Construction, Commissioning & Maintenance Site Support: Conduct site visits, resolve technical field issues, and review contractor RFIs (Requests for Information) and submittals.
Testing & Commissioning: Oversee equipment testing (e.g., FAT), pre-commissioning, and final system handovers.
Maintenance Optimization: Troubleshoot systemic failures, develop preventive maintenance programs, and implement upgrades for existing electrical infrastructure
