Job Requirements - Waitress (Five-Star Hotel)
* Minimum 1 year of previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress, preferably in a 4-star or 5-star hotel or fine dining environment.
* Candidates must currently be residing in Saudi Arabia. A valid Iqama is preferred; however, expired Iqamas will be considered if they have not been expired for more than one year.
* Candidates must have very good to excellent English communication skills.
* Good knowledge of food and beverage service standards, dining etiquette, and guest service procedures.
* Ability to take orders accurately and serve food and beverages efficiently and professionally.
* Strong customer service skills with a friendly, positive, and guest-focused attitude.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Professional appearance and grooming in accordance with five-star hospitality standards.
* Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
* A team-oriented mindset with the ability to follow hotel policies, procedures, and instructions.
* Basic knowledge of Point of Sale (POS) systems is an advantage.
* A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
