Job Details:


Working Hours: 6 hours per day (Sunday to Thursday)
Salary: SAR 2,000 ~ 8500 ( depends on after interview ) -
/ part time- flexible timing also available .

Responsibilities:

Handle day-to-day secretarial and administrative tasks to CEO/Manager
Manage calls, scheduling, and correspondence
Maintain records and assist in office coordination
Provide general support to management / Directly report to CEO

Requirements for PA:
Good professional fluency in english
Female candidate with pleasant and professional personality
Presentable, well-groomed, and confident in communication
Dress Code: Smart modern attire , no (Abaya not required within office premises/no abaya)
Fluent in English (Arabic not compulsory )
Good computer and typing skills (MS Office, Email, etc.)
Prior secretarial or administrative experience preferred
Driving ( if license/driving known ) is a plus .

Visa Information:

Applicants on visit visa are welcome to apply
The company will renew visit visa (at company expense) or issue a work visa after the probation period based on performance
