We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Materials & Mix Design Engineer to join our technical team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engineering, testing, and optimizing concrete, asphalt, and soil mix designs to ensure they meet the highest project specifications and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Mix Design Development: Design, test, and approve concrete and asphalt mix designs in compliance with international (ASTM, AASHTO) and local standards.
Lab Management & Analysis: Oversee laboratory testing of materials (aggregates, cement, bitumen, and soil) and perform comprehensive data analysis.
Technical Optimization: Develop cost-effective and high-performance mix solutions that balance durability, workability, and strength requirements.
Quality Compliance: Ensure all materials and designs meet technical specifications before site implementation.
