We Are Hiring: QA & QC Engineer
📍 Location: Dammam 3rd Industrial City, Saudi Arabia
Requirements
• B.Eng., Quality Management, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in QA/QC within a manufacturing sector.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, Quality Management Systems (QMS), QA/QC procedures, CAPA, Root Cause Analysis, Internal Auditing, and Saudi Aramco quality standards.
• Familiarity with Saudi regulations, customer specifications, and industry quality requirements.
• Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and team management skills.
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain and continuously improve the company's Quality Management System (QMS).
• External audits and key client approval processes.
• Ensure products meet customer specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee quality inspections during incoming, in-process, and final production stages.
• Conduct internal and external audits and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and support production teams in achieving quality objectives.
• Monitor quality performance and ensure compliance with company and customer quality requirements.
