Are you a Sales Engineer who knows the machine shop business inside out?

We are looking for a driven, well-connected sales professional to join our team. This is not a standard salaried role—this is an opportunity to maximize your earnings through a generous 25% commission on net profits from every deal you bring in.

The Package:

Basic Salary: SR 1,800 per month (fixed)

Commission: 25% of net profits on all sales generated (uncapped)

Total Earning Potential: Directly tied to your performance—the more you sell, the more you earn

Key Requirements:

✅ Deep knowledge of machine shop operations (CNC, turning, milling, grinding, fabrication, etc.)

✅ Strong understanding of our local market and nearby industrial zones

✅ Established relationships with plant managers, maintenance heads, and procurement teams

✅ Ability to read technical drawings and understand machining capabilities

✅ Valid Saudi Driving License (mandatory – must have own car to visit clients)

✅ Self-motivated, hunter mentality—you find the deals, you close them

Your Role:

Identify and secure new clients for our machine shop services

Travel to client sites across the region to inspect parts and quote jobs

Quote jobs accurately based on material, labor, and machining time

Build long-term relationships with existing and potential customers
