🏢 About the Opportunity
We are supporting a major long‑term EPC development within the Kingdom’s strategic energy program, working closely with a Project Management Team (PMT) on activities aligned with Saudi Aramco standards, procedures, and construction workflows.

This role is ideal for professionals experienced in large‑scale Oil & Gas EPC construction environments.

🛠️ Position: Construction Supervisor
📍 Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
🧭 Department: EPC / PMT Construction

✨ Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage daily on‑site construction activities.
Coordinate effectively with engineers, subcontractors, and the owner’s representatives.
Monitor and control construction progress to meet schedule targets.
Ensure all works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and standards.
Lead on‑site safety and quality management in line with HSE & QA/QC requirements.
Conduct and organize regular site coordination meetings.
Track and confirm material and equipment deliveries.
Prepare daily and weekly construction progress reports.
Support project handover, punch‑listing, and completion activities.

🎯 Minimum Requirements
Minimum 10 years of construction experience.
At least 4–5 years in Oil & Gas EPC projects (mandatory).
Strong leadership, coordination, and site management capabilities.
Solid understanding of Aramco‑style construction procedures is an advantage.
