1.Represent company services in a professional and successful manner that results in repeat business and a positive customer service experience.
2.Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within a set schedule.
3.Identify lead opportunities as well as the potential for upsells.
4.Interact regularly with customers (cold calling face to face meetings) to understand their needs and recommend the suitable solution for them.

6.Prepare regular reports of customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new services.
7.Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
8.Retain current customers, approach new potential customers and restore business relation with old customers.
9.Develop the sales information system including customer database and keeping it always updated and available on time to support the decision-making process.
10.Continually attempting to penetrate new markets.

Requirements

• From 1 to 3 years of sales specialist experience
• Excellent communication & sales skills
• The ability to working and communicate cross-functionally
