We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining machinery and equipment in excellent working condition, supporting production operations, reducing downtime, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules and procedures.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic equipment issues.
Conduct regular inspections and maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability.
Coordinate with production and engineering teams to resolve technical problems.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and workplace regulations.
Identify opportunities to improve maintenance processes and reduce operational costs.
Supervise maintenance technicians and contractors when required.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience as a Maintenance Engineer or in a similar industrial maintenance role.
Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments is preferred.
Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills in English.
Willingness to work in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.
Strong commitment to health, safety, and quality standards.
