We are supporting a high‑visibility energy program focused on risk management, reliability improvement, and maintenance strategy enhancement across brownfield and operational assets.
This role operates within a PMT‑aligned environment and requires strong leadership across Risk + Reliability + Maintenance functions.

📍 Location: Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia
🧭 Engagement: Office‑based with periodic site visits
🌐 Sector: Major Energy Operator (Long‑term Consulting Assignment)

🎯 Key Responsibilities
Lead project risk management activities and maintain risk registers
Facilitate risk workshops with PMT, engineering, and operations teams
Drive reliability and maintenance strategy improvements across assets
Support RCM, PM optimization, and maintenance planning initiatives
Ensure alignment with Aramco‑style procedures, standards, and workflows
Provide technical guidance across risk, reliability, and maintenance domains

✔️ Minimum Requirements
10+ years of experience in Risk / Reliability / Maintenance
Strong background in EPC, Oil & Gas, or energy sector projects
Experience with risk identification, assessment, and mitigation
Familiarity with RCM, maintenance strategy, and PM optimization
Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
