Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and seasoned Senior Civil Site Engineer to lead on-site execution and technical management for our landmark construction projects in Riyadh. In this role, you will be the bridge between design blueprints and physical execution. You will hold ultimate responsibility for structural quality, technical compliance, and site progress. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of civil engineering principles, a track record of managing large-scale projects in the GCC, and the leadership skills to manage complex subcontractor environments.

Key Responsibilities
Technical Management:
- Review and approve shop drawings, IFC drawings, and method statements. Resolve design clashes and technical discrepancies before execution.
-Site Execution: Supervise all civil, structural, and infrastructure works. Ensure construction matches project specifications, timelines, and quality benchmarks.
-Quality & Inspections: Raise and manage Requests for Information (RFIs). Prepare documentation for consultant inspections and material approvals.
-Progress Tracking: Monitor daily site activities against the master schedule. Identify delays early and implement corrective action plans.
-Subcontractor Control: Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site foremen to ensure optimal resource allocation.
-Safety & Compliance: Enforce a zero-tolerance policy for safety violations. Ensure compliance with Saudi Building Codes (SBC) and local municipality regulations.

Requirements & Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in civil site engineering, with at least 8 years within Saudi Arabia.
Technical Mastery: Exceptional knowledge of concrete pouring, structural steel, cladding works, site management and technical site documentation.
Language: Professional fluency in written and spoken English. Arabic proficiency is a significant advantage.
Status: Must be currently based in Riyadh. Valid, transferable Iqama is highly preferred.
