To supervise and coordinate electrical installation, maintenance, testing, and commissioning activities at project sites while ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise electricians, technicians, and electrical helpers on site.
Plan daily work activities and allocate manpower effectively.
Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and specifications.
Ensure installation of cable trays, conduits, cables, panels, transformers, lighting systems, and grounding systems as per approved drawings.
Coordinate with engineering, QA/QC, safety, and construction teams.
Monitor work progress and report daily activities to management.
Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and company safety procedures.
Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings.
Verify material availability and raise material requests when required.
Inspect completed work and rectify deficiencies.
Support testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
