## Injection Molding Production Supervisor / Technician

Location: Dammam, Saudi Arabia
Industry: PPE and Safety Equipment Manufacturing
Employment Type: Full-time

### Job Purpose

We are looking for a hands-on Injection Molding Production Supervisor to operate and manage production line.

The employee will be responsible for machine setup, production, quality checks, troubleshooting, and supervising production workers.

### Main Responsibilities

- Operate and set up the Haitian injection molding machine.
- Install and remove molds safely.
- Adjust machine settings, including temperature, pressure, speed, holding time, cooling time, and clamp force.
- Produce HDPE safety helmet shells according to approved specifications.
- Operate the robot, chiller, dryer, hopper loader, mixer, and conveyor.
- Mix HDPE resin with color masterbatch.
- Identify and correct molding defects such as warpage, flash, short shots, sink marks, and color variation.
- Check helmet weight, dimensions, surface quality, color, suspension slots, and accessory slots.
- Approve first production samples before full production.
- Record production quantity, scrap, downtime, and machine settings.
- Perform basic preventive maintenance.
- Supervise workers handling assembly, finishing, and packaging.
- Maintain factory safety and cleanliness.

### Requirements

- Diploma or technical qualification in plastics, mechanical, or industrial engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of practical injection molding experience.
- Strong experience with HDPE; ABS experience is an advantage.
- Experience with Haitian or similar injection molding machines is preferred.
- Ability to troubleshoot production and molding problems.
- Knowledge of molds, hot runners, shrinkage, warpage, and color masterbatch.
- Basic English for machine manuals and supplier communication.
- Ability to use basic QC tools such as calipers, micrometers, and weighing scales.

### Preferred Experience

- Helmet, PPE, automotive, or thin-wall plastic production.
- Robot and automated production systems.
- Mold trials and new production line commissioning.
