* Maintain accurate shipping records and documentation.
* Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
* Prepare logistics reports, shipment status reports, and cost analyses.
* Handle insurance claims and resolve damaged or delayed shipment issues.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and international shipping standards.
