A leading Saudi company specializing in Road Freight Transportation, with over 30 years of experience in the transportation industry, is seeking a qualified professional to join our team as:

Trucking Operations Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise the daily operations of the truck fleet and drivers.
* Plan and schedule transportation trips to ensure on-time deliveries.
* Monitor freight loading, dispatch, and delivery activities.
* Coordinate with customers and internal departments to ensure excellent service quality.
* Follow up on fleet readiness in coordination with the Maintenance Department.
* Ensure compliance with Saudi transportation regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
* Monitor GPS fleet tracking systems and operational performance.
* Prepare daily and periodic operational reports and KPI analyses.
* Resolve operational issues and respond promptly to unexpected situations.

Requirements:

* Minimum 5 years of experience in trucking operations, freight transportation, or logistics.
* Strong knowledge of fleet management and road freight operations within Saudi Arabia.
* Familiarity with GPS tracking systems and Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
* Knowledge of Saudi transport regulations and the Naql Platform is highly preferred.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced operational environment.
