Job Title: Recruitment & Resource Coordinator
Location: Jubail Saudi Arabia (Office-Based)
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Recruitment & Resource Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing manpower sourcing and coordinating equipment, material, and workforce requirements to support our projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and recruit skilled and unskilled manpower from within Saudi Arabia and overseas.
Build and maintain a strong database of local and international candidates.
Coordinate manpower requirements with clients and project teams.
Arrange and monitor the mobilization of selected candidates.
Coordinate equipment, material, and manpower requirements to ensure timely project execution.
Liaise with recruitment agencies, vendors, and suppliers as required.
Maintain recruitment records and prepare regular manpower reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies and Saudi labor regulations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in recruitment, manpower coordination, or resource planning.
Experience sourcing candidates both inside and outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Strong knowledge of Saudi recruitment processes, visa procedures, and mobilization.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment platforms.
Preferred Skills:
Ability to manage multiple recruitment requirements simultaneously.
Strong network of recruitment agencies and candidate sources.
Experience in engineering, construction, industrial, or oil & gas recruitment is an advantage.
