We are looking for a passionate and experienced **Barista** to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Develop and enhance the café menu.
* Create unique and innovative signature drinks.
* Prepare high-quality coffee and beverages with consistency.
* Train and mentor baristas and other café staff.
* Build and implement café operational systems and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
* Maintain excellent coffee quality, customer service, and daily café operations.

**Qualifications:**

* Proven experience as a Barista, preferably in a specialty coffee shop or café.
* Strong knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, espresso extraction, milk steaming, and latte art.
* Experience in menu development and signature drink creation.
* Ability to train staff and maintain high operational standards.
* Creative, reliable, and passionate about coffee.
