Have a Diploma or Trade Certificate from Vocational training unit with full apprenticeship training.

Must have experience in operation and maintenance of municipal wastewater treatment plants, including monitoring and directing plant operation and/or experience in operation and maintenance of raw water and drinking water, wastewater treatment plant and other water and utility systems. Shall have a good knowledge and understanding of the physical, chemical, and biological processes, equipment, control parameters and laboratory procedures, in municipal wastewater treatment and/or water treatment.
