We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Industrial or Mechanical Engineer to join our team. This role bridges the gap between technical drawing analysis, material estimation, and project management to ensure our fiberglass manufacturing projects are executed accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities

Material Take-Off (MTO): Thoroughly analyze technical drawings to calculate, quantify, and extract accurate material requirements.
Cost Estimation: Prepare precise cost estimates for raw materials, labor, and manufacturing processes for incoming project bids.

Technical Drafting: Utilize AutoCAD to review, modify, or create technical layouts and production drawings as required.

Project Management: Coordinate project timelines from the initial estimation phase through to factory production, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the production floor, procurement, and clients to clarify technical specifications.

Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related field.

Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and interpreting complex technical/engineering drawings.

Estimation Skills: Proven experience in material take-offs and project cost estimation (experience in a fiberglass or composite manufacturing environment is a major plus).

Core Competencies: Excellent project management, analytical problem-solving, and communication skills.
