Job Description: Inventory Management Specialist Ensuring Accurate and Efficient Inventory Control Position Overview The Inventory Management Specialist is responsible for overseeing and optimizing all processes related to the storage, tracking, and distribution of a company’s inventory. This role ensures that inventory levels are maintained at optimal levels, supporting business operations while minimizing excess stock and costs. Key Responsibilities • Oversee all incoming shipments, ensuring accurate receiving, inspection, and documentation of goods. • Verify quantities, specifications, and condition of products against purchase orders and delivery documents. • Manage and control inventory storage, ensuring proper organization, labeling, and location tracking within the warehouse • Maintain accurate real-time inventory records in the ERP system (Odoo) by conduct regular physical inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies. • Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and sales teams to ensure seamless inventory flow. • Analyze inventory data to identify trends, forecast demand, and propose inventory strategies. • Prevent stock shortages, overstocking, and dead inventory • Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts, identifying discrepancies and implementing corrective actions • • Develop and implement procedures for inventory control, stock rotation, and loss prevention. • Prepare regular inventory reports for management review. • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements related to inventory. • Train staff on best practices for handling and tracking inventory. Qualifications and Skills • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, logistics, or a related field (preferred). • Strong experience with ERP systems (Odoo preferred) for inventory management • Proven experience in inventory management, logistics, or warehouse operations. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency with inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite. • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. • Strong communication skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. send your CV to
