# Hiring: Technical Coordinator / Project Coordinator (Malayalam Preferred)

We are a growing maintenance and contracting company in Saudi Arabia looking for a motivated, hands-on professional to join our team in a key operational role.

Our field team is small but highly experienced, consisting of multi-skilled technicians capable of carrying out electrical, plumbing, HVAC, civil, carpentry, gypsum, painting, and general maintenance works. As most of our technicians are from Kerala, Malayalam-speaking candidates are strongly preferred.

The successful candidate will become the primary link between the business owner and the field team, taking responsibility for coordinating day-to-day operations, supporting project execution, and helping grow the business.

### Key Responsibilities

* Lead and coordinate our field technicians on daily activities and project execution.
* Attend site visits with clients and understand technical requirements.
* Prepare cost estimates, quotations, and project proposals.
* Plan, schedule, and monitor maintenance and fit-out projects.
* Coordinate materials, suppliers, subcontractors, and logistics.
* Source materials and services from reliable local suppliers within Saudi Arabia.
* Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to a high standard.
* Maintain regular communication with the business owner regarding project progress.
* Build relationships with clients and actively identify new maintenance contracts, projects, and business opportunities.

### Preferred Experience & Skills

* Strong technical knowledge in maintenance, construction, fit-out, or facilities services.
* Experience supervising technicians and coordinating site activities.
* Ability to prepare estimates and quotations.
* Good knowledge of local suppliers and procurement within Saudi Arabia.
* Strong planning, organization, and problem-solving skills.
* Confident, professional, and presentable when dealing with clients.
* Self-motivated, responsible, and capable of working independently.
* Valid Saudi driving licence is an advantage.
* Malayalam speaking is strongly preferred.
