**Requirements**

* Minimum 3 years of experience in villa and building construction.
* Knowledge of excavation, foundation, concrete, masonry, plastering, and finishing works.
* Ability to supervise site workers and subcontractors.
* Able to read construction drawings.
* Good communication and leadership skills.
* Valid Bahrain driving license (Mandatory).

**Responsibilities**

* Supervise daily construction activities.
* Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and project schedule.
* Coordinate manpower, materials, and subcontractors.
* Maintain quality standards and site safety.
* Prepare daily site progress reports.
